Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their finance function in Gloucestershire. This is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to successfully grow and become market leaders in their sector.
Daily duties and responsibilities:
- To offer administrative support to the finance team
- Processing invoices into the accounting system
- Dealing with petty cash and expenses
- Raising invoices and sending to clients
- Bank reconciliation
- Chasing outstanding debt and allocating payments
- Consistently checking work and correcting errors quickly and accurately
- Completing all tasks within specified timeframes
- Supporting management with ad hoc duties as needed
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience of working in a varied finance function
- Strong customer service experience
- Fantastic communication skills - written, verbal, reporting and presenting
- Excellent time management, planning, organisational and delegation skills
