My client have been successfully manufacturing for years and the workforce has grown by 50% since 2012, they have unbelievable staff retention and some of the best benefits I have ever seen for a maintenance engineer, they are now looking to add more engineers due to growth on for their 4on/4off DAYS only shift pattern:
Benefits for the maintenance engineer:

Experience required for the maintenance engineer:
- 3 + years working as a maintenance engineer and would look at straight from the forces
- Mechanically biased
- Exp. within fast paced manufacturing/heavy industry advantageous
- Ideally qualified to at least level 2 as a maintenance engineer
