DTF PRINT OPERATOR

Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a DTF (Direct to Film) Print Operator for our client in Earl Soham. This temporary to permanent role, after a successful 12-week probation period, offers a salary of 12 to 14 an hour depending on experience. You will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and the role will involve operating and maintaining DTF Printing equipment to produce high-quality prints for heat pressing onto garments and other products.

Skills Required

Experience with DTF printing, large format printing or digital printing technology

Strong attention to detail for print quality control

Problem solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues

Ability to work in a fast paced environment under deadlines

Technical knowledge of DTF printing equipment and maintenance

Familiarity with ColourGATE Software RIP or similar print management tools

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle printing materials

Qualifications Required
Required:

Experience operating DTF or similar digital printing equipment

Knowledge of DTF printing process and machine troubleshooting

Understanding of colour management and printing materials

Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for minor file adjustments

Experience with heat pressing or garment-printing methods
