Direct to Film Print Operator

Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a DTF (Direct to Film) Print Operator for our client in Earl Soham. This temporary-to-permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate of 12 to 14, depending on experience, with the opportunity for a permanent role following a successful 12-week probation period. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with overtime opportunities). Responsibilities include operating and maintaining DTF printing equipment to produce high-quality prints for heat pressing onto garments and other products.

Skills Required

Experience with DTF printing, large format printing, or digital printing technology.

Strong attention to detail to ensure high print quality.

Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Technical knowledge of DTF printing equipment and maintenance.

Familiarity with ColourGATE Software RIP or similar print management tools.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle printing materials.

Qualifications Required
Requirements:

Hands-on experience with DTF or similar digital printing equipment.

Strong understanding of the DTF printing process and troubleshooting techniques.

Knowledge of color management and various printing materials.

Ability to perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.

Desirable Skills:

Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for minor file adjustments.

Experience with heat pressing or other garment-printing techniques.
