We are now seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Automation team based in our Reading office. We collaborate with industry-leading companies—from globally recognised brands to ambitious start-ups—helping them secure top talent to drive their success.
What’s Involved as a Business Development Executive:
- Develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, phone-based role before progressing to in-person client meetings.
- Visit new clients on-site, fostering strong working relationships.
- Working in partnership with clients to deliver the right recruitment product to suit their needs
- Take detailed job briefs, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service to new accounts.
- Working with our skilled Delivery team to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both client and candidate.
- Attend Industry networking events to build new client relationships
- Drive lead generation to build your pipeline
