What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be the engine that drives our success. You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, finding top-tier talent and helping them land their dream jobs.

• Sourcing superstars by identifying high-caliber candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media.
• Engaging talent to build strong relationships with candidates through screening calls, interviews, and regular check-ins.
• Creating opportunities by writing eye-catching job adverts to attract the best talent in the industry.
• Managing applications to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Managing accounts and delivering a top-notch service to our clients. Liaising with them regarding CVs, feedback, interviews, etc.
• Striving to succeed and hit metrics, financials, and KPIs.

• No experience? No problem! We provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed. If you have experience in sales, customer service, or a people-facing role, that’s a plus!
