Internal Recruitment Consultant – Award-Winning Agency

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and source top talent.
  • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for roles and company culture.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

 

Learning & Development Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction sessions for new starters, ensuring they are fully integrated into the company culture and processes.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of onboarding materials and training programs for new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs for new hires and coordinate relevant development activities.
  • Support ongoing development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Act as a mentor to new hires during their initial onboarding period, offering guidance and support.
