What You’ll Be Doing as a Principal Recruitment Consultant:

Building powerful relationships with clients and candidates within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Owning the full 360 recruitment process—from business development to placing top talent.
Driving new business opportunities and expanding your client network.
Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants, helping them grow and succeed.
Smashing revenue targets and celebrating wins with an awesome team.
Championing best practices in recruitment, ensuring quality and compliance.

What We’re Looking for in a Principal Recruitment Consultant:

A proven track record as a senior or principal recruiter within an engineering and manufacturing recruitment agency.
A natural leader, mentor, or coach who thrives on helping others succeed.
A business development superstar with a flair for winning new clients.
A target-driven, high-energy individual who loves the thrill of recruitment.
A strong network and deep industry knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
