A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Case Support Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 11.44 per hour.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Set up new applications for property valuations onto the company database and log data accordingly
- Arrange property valuations with local estate agents to value properties
- Arrange viewings on properties with field agents
- Create and compile marketing reports
- Arrange EPCs
- Raise invoices on internal systems
- Write valuation reports for probate purposes
- Arrange photos for properties being placed to market
- Occasional attendance to client offices
- Any other admin tasks as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Case Support Administrator position:
- Strong administration skills
- Good telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Able to use own initiative
- Adaptable
- Experience within the Property and Housing industry desirable
- Team player
