A warehouse client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position (with the potential to go permanent) working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying 11.44 per hour.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to queries via email and telephone.
- Controlling third party customers stock and orders.
- Updating information into the internal database.
- Scanning, filing, and archiving.
- Maintain and order office supplies when required.
- Additional ad hoc admin duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator role:
- Strong communication skills.
- Good computer skills and some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) plus accuracy and good numeracy skills are required.
- Working as a member of small team in the office.
- Admin and Secretarial experience desirable.
* Due to the location of this role, you must be able to drive and have your own car.
