A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours) and paying 22,308 per annum depending on experience. This role offers hybrid working, working 4 days in the office and Thursdays from home.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Set up new property valuation applications within the company database, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Coordinate property valuations with local estate agents.
- Arrange property viewings with field agents as required.
- Compile and generate marketing reports.
- Organise Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties.
- Raise and manage invoices within internal systems.
- Draft valuation reports for probate purposes.
- Arrange photography services for properties.
- Undertake any other tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Capable of using initiative and working independently.
- Adaptable, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Diligent and resilient
- Experience within the Real Estate and Property industry desirable.
