Site Manager Housing

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong housing background in the Easingwold area on a freelance basis. This role is due to start immediately and predicted to be an 8 month contract. There is the possibility for the role becoming Temp to Perm for the right person.

Job duties:

• Coordinate the dayto-day operations
• Organise and manage subcontractors on site
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

• Must have a strong housing background with recent experience
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
