The Role

You'll manage the design process across multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to completion. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll drive efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and managing CDM responsibilities.

  • Developing and maintaining Design Management Plans and project reports.

  • Managing budgets and resources, driving cost efficiency.

  • Providing technical support during construction, assembly, and commissioning.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Championing innovation and sustainability, reducing environmental impact.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Strong experience in multi-disciplinary design management (design & build environment).

  • Degree in an engineering-related discipline.

  • Working knowledge of CDM regulations and construction Health & Safety.

  • Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure project delivery.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.

  • Experience in the Water Treatment Industry.

  • Knowledge of BIM procedures and digital design techniques.

  • Experience managing remote/dispersed teams.
