Join a dynamic Commercial team in Bristol as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with hybrid working options available. This role offers the chance to take on key accounts and manage financial control for exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle applications, valuations, and cost value reconciliation.
• Control costs and forecasting, contributing to monthly financial reports.
• Manage supply chains and assist with risk and value management.
• Mentor the project team and oversee contract management.
• Prepare subcontract inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide expert contractual advice.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS or currently studying for APC.
• Experience with a main contractor.
Desirable:
• Experience in the Water sector.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
