About the Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work.
- As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to a child with Cerebral Palsy, ensuring their safety, well-being, and educational progress.
- This is a full-time position, requiring your commitment to work during school hours.
Requirements:
- Manual handle trained
- Knowledge and understanding of Cerebral Palsy and the challenges faced by students with this condition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the class teacher, parents, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to support the child's individual needs.
- Willing to complete training in order to support child.
- Willing to provide personal care including changing and feeding.
- Must be prepared to support with Physio Exercises.
