Description

  • Handle administrative tasks, including answering phones, taking messages, processing mail, and buying school supplies.
  • Ensure daily completion and updating of attendance registers and report information to stakeholders like the Headteacher, SLT, Governors, and DfE as needed.
  • Keep pupil records updated and inform relevant staff of any changes.
  • Support the School Business Manager with recruitment and daily premises management.
  • Assist with filing, document retention, correspondence, and records following the School's Data Protection Policy.
  • Help the School Business Manager with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Profile

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with staff, pupils, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in IT: Competence in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the school environment.
