Day-to-day tasks of the role:
  • Receive customer requests for Service/Warranty Work, raise tickets, and process them through to completion.
  • Produce Service Quotations & Invoices, issue goods, and make stock transfers as required.
  • Process engineersā€™ reports in the warranty system.
  • Engage in data collection and tracking.
  • Submit claims ensuring they are within set deadlines.
  • Conduct depot visits to support audit activities and assist with stock checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administrative skills and a positive work attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong alignment with our company values.
  • High attention to detail, well-organised, and capable of accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept at using various cloud-based applications.
  • Competent in writing business emails.
