Business Support Administrator

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting a sales team? Gold Group are a successful recruitment agency who are looking for a Business Support Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales teams and facilitating key administrative processes.

Role Overview

As a Business Support Administrator, you'll be involved with managing processes, maintaining records, and supporting contract facilitation. You'll also be involved in various administrative tasks with a key focus on compliance.

Key responsibilities

Business Support Administrator Duties

  • Handle all aspects of contract preparation, production and management
  • Compliance including: GDPR / Data Protection, recruitment compliance, understanding of contracts and terms of business, right to work checks etc
  • Educating employees on compliance regulations
  • Maintain accurate contractor files and records, ensuring timely updates and documentation
  • Liaise with contractors and clients to gather necessary documents
  • Update and manage content on the company intranet and website
  • Prepare presentations for Sales Meetings
  • Update and maintain documents on the intranet
  • Manage ISO and compliance audits
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for quality and audit compliance
  • Compile KPI reports and provide ad hoc statistical reports as needed
  • Perform any additional administrative duties across sales, facilities management, or operational support, as required
