Part Time Publishing Production Co-OrdinatorThis highly respected travel and leisure company have a passion for the great outdoors and provide a huge array of adventures and experiences throughout the UK, Europe and further afield. They have a new vacancy for a part time Publishing Production Co-Ordinator join their team. In this role, you will support the advertising sales team in delivering advertising strategy across both print and digital channels. FTE salary of circa £30,000 working 24 hours per week across 4 days and hybrid working, circa 2 days in the office in West Sussex.

Part Time Publishing Production Co-Ordinator - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Manager in executing the print and digital commercial strategy.
  • Coordinate print and online classified advertising, including liaising with advertising partners, placing ads, monitoring inventory, and flight checking ads before publication.
  • Manage classified advertising copy, chase advertisers for content, layout of simple lineage ads, and upload ads to the ad management platform.
  • Work with the design studio to flight check and sign off display and classified ads prior to print.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects such as events, B2B and consumer promotions, and updating presentations and marketing materials.
  • Utilise marketing data and reporting tools to generate new sales leads for the Commercial team.

Part Time Publishing Production Co-Ordinator - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Zoho is a plus).
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Design skills with a good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong numerical skills with experience in working with budgets and managing data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence liaising with colleagues and external suppliers daily.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to and achieve deadlines.

Part Time Publishing Production Co-Ordinator - Additional Information:

  • FTE salary of £29,800 (pro rata £19,072 for 24 hours per week over 4 days)
  • Hybrid working - circa 2 days in the office / 2 days from home
  • 25 days holiday pro rata
