Fantastic new position - joining a highly established, multi-award winning insurance provider in an interesting day to day role encapsulating:-

- Leading and managing a small team- allocating tasks and workload, coaching and development, performance management

- Collecting and analysing performance statistics/KPIs

- Handling escalated technical queries from clients, customers and third parties

- Documentation management - oversight and development of all training documents, process maps and standard operating procedures for the team

- Legal compliance - reviewing and optimising product compliance alongside specialist team

- Product development - reviewing customer feedback, market changes/competitors analysis, to identify product development opportunity
