Are you an experienced Business Development Executive looking to play a pivotal role in driving an organisation's commercial functions, supporting its strategic objectives and fostering relationships with stakeholders? 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with a proactive approach to identifying new revenue streams, strengthening relationships with optometrists and general practitioners, and supporting consultants in building referral networks. Read on if this sounds like you.

Day-to-day duties of the role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including within care homes and health & fitness facilities.
  • Facilitate communication through various platforms, including WhatsApp groups.
  • Identify and establish alternative revenue streams
  • Collaborate with consultants to implement targeted growth strategies.
  • Train and develop staff to broaden capabilities.
  • Manage and update customer databases.
  • Organise events and client days 
  • Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a relevant sector or industry.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong influencing, persuasion, and motivational skills.
  • High commercial acumen and personal motivation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, earning trust and respect from colleagues.
  • Innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in primary and/or secondary care.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject.
