JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for a new reliable 3.5 T Van Drivers to join our team in East Grinstead for a consistent and loyal client. You will be required to do 20 to 25 drops daily with the occasion of going in London This role involves delivering veterinary items to different locations as in pharmacy's and residential homes. This position has the potential for permanent placement and the right candidate need to be able to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliveries: Safely and efficiently deliver the items making sure everything is recorded.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with their deliveries.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the delivery van to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Deliveries: Being able to complete between 20-25 drops
Requirements:
- Valid Driving License: Must hold a valid UK driving license.
- MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES OF CRAWLEY
- Experience: Previous experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading items.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Surrey and surrounding areas is an advantage.
