In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with learners at their workplaces, primarily with well-known UK hospitality brands.

  • Deliver apprenticeship standards, providing guidance and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.

  • Support learners in developing transferable skills, including Maths and English, if required.

  • Manage administrative responsibilities effectively.

  • Enjoy a better work-life balance, with no late finishes or weekend work.

  • Contribute to industry development through our Loving Hospitality initiative and Chef Academy, an advanced apprenticeship programme designed to support staff retention.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Professional experience at a management level in the hospitality and culinary sectors.

  • Expertise in fresh food preparation, including making dough, bread, pastry, soups, stocks, and sauces from scratch.

  • Front-of-house experience, including hosting, food and beverage service, and bar operations.

  • Extensive management experience in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, with a proven ability to lead a team.

  • A track record of working in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.

  • The ability to work independently.

Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or Commis Chef Level 2.

  • BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management.

  • Experience in work-based learning or the education sector.
