Sous Chef needed for this Stunning 4-star Hotel with multiple outlets, located close to East Grinstead in West Sussex
- Salary 40k plus end of year bonus
- Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
- As sous chef you will be working along side the Head chef, deputising in his absence
- Duties include menu planning through to costings to training the current kitchen
- Free reign over menus
- Small banqueting numbers of 80-covers
- An la carte restaurant that caters for up to 100-covers
- Leading a team of 8 chefs plus kps

- Due to location, you will need your own transport
- We are looking for a Sous Chef who a hands-on chef, A Sous chef who has previous experience of running multiple outlets whilst training and developing the current team for future career growth
