Sous Chef needed for this Stunning 4-star Hotel with multiple outlets, located close to East Grinstead in West Sussex

Salary 40k plus end of year bonus
Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
As sous chef you will be working along side the Head chef, deputising in his absence
Duties include menu planning through to costings to training the current kitchen
Free reign over menus
Small banqueting numbers of 80-covers
An la carte restaurant that caters for up to 100-covers
Leading a team of 8 chefs plus kps

Due to location, you will need your own transport
We are looking for a Sous Chef who a hands-on chef, A Sous chef who has previous experience of running multiple outlets whilst training and developing the current team for future career growth
