What You Will Do:
  • Lead the preparation and negotiation of robust technical and commercial proposals for automation systems within the UK Automotive Industry.
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to develop solutions that meet specific project requirements.
  • Conduct detailed cost estimates and create project execution timing plans.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department for technical assistance and proposal development.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure proposals are submitted by the bid due date.
  • Review client purchase orders and manage internal job instructions to ensure project success.
What You Will Bring:
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in automotive solutions for engine production lines.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Resilient, flexible, and committed team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
