AA Euro Healthcare is currently welcoming applications from experienced Support Workers to work on an agency basis on behalf of an award-winning adult social care provider that support adults with learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist service users with personal care tasks
  • Support service users with daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Help service users access community facilities and services
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
  • Administer medication according to prescribed schedules

Requirements for this role to include:

  • Minimum Requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate
  • One years’ experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.
  • A warm, person-centered approach and the ability to positively engage with adults with learning disabilities or other support needs.
  • Up to date Medicines Administration training
  • Up to date Safety Intervention training
  • Ability to work as part of a Team or Independently
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts patterns- Days, Evenings, Weekends & Sleep-ins
