Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a leading organisation in search of a Development Manager - Construction to join their team.

Role Overview:

The Development Manager will play a key role in overseeing various construction projects and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, from planning to execution. This position will require collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities for the Development Manager:

  • Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop project specifications and timelines
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a construction-related field
  • Familiarity with contract administration and project management tools
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office)
  • A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed

Salary £50k-£55k plus benefits

Office is based in East Grinstead

Must have a full UK driving licence
