Role Overview:

As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth scheduling and delivery of training programmes across a variety of operational areas. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet high standards of compliance, operational quality, and safety.

You will work alongside internal teams to schedule and coordinate training, including customer service, health & safety, machinery operation, and more, all while maintaining a structured training calendar that aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Training Programmes: Coordinate training across a range of subjects, such as customer service, safety standards, operational procedures, and machinery use
  • Collaboration with Teams: Partner with HR, L&D, and H&S departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and assist in creating or updating training materials

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and schedule multiple training events
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in compliance and site-based training
  • Knowledge of site network operations and training requirements
  • Experience in creating or editing training materials or guides
