Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Customer Service professionals for a number of Contact Centre - Customer Services roles working on a hybrid basis for a awesome business based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service at all times, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, web chat etc.

Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex - hybrid working

Salary: £25,500 + excellent benefits + 25 days holiday

Customer Service Agent duties:

  • Answer customer calls and handle queries
  • Respond to customer emails and live web chat
  • Provide a high level customer service at all times
  • Handle customer complaints

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally have previous experience of customer service, ideally working within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment or an office environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a confident, empathetic approach to customers
