Day-to-day duties of the role:- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of queries related to orders, products, and returns.
- Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage order processing and fulfilment for assigned customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email regarding supplied parts and services.
- Liaise with company partners for all service enquiries and orders.
- Monitor customer and supplier financial accounts.
- Produce customer order acknowledgements and log orders onto the company ERP system.
- Support customer complaints management in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Monitor orders for delivery expectations and liaise with other departments to determine stock availability.
- Handle stock queries and expedite the dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for Services Support staff and visiting customers.
- Provide hospitality to all visiting customers and representatives.
- Offer telephone and email technical support for company-supported products.
- Issue quotations and create sales/work orders.
- Refer all customer correspondence to available field engineers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based engine diagnostics/programming.
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
- Organised approach to tasks and capable of working on own initiative.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing requirements.
- Clean full UK Driving Licence.
