Customer Services Coordinator £24,000East Grinstead - 100% office based Permanent - Full Time

The role:

This is a pivotal, hands-one role that will see you providing administrative and customer service support, liaising with Directors, customers, and suppliers daily.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered throughout
  • Taking payments for services and products
  • Ensuring all correspondence receives prompt attention and is maintained accurately
  • Assisting with customer quotations, billings and liaising with the finance department

  • High attention to detail

Hours:

This is a 37.5 hour week with shifts varying between 8.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday.

Due to location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
