Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives

Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to be partnering with a well-established company in East Grinstead that is looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to support customers in the Emergency Services department, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance for incidents covered by overseas holiday insurance policies. You'll play a key role in delivering professional, efficient, and compassionate customer service, working in line with company procedures and policy limits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally and courteously
  • Accurately record and manage each case from start to resolution
  • Provide clear advice to customers on claims and policy-related queries
  • Escalate any concerns or service failures to the Deputy Manager

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken & written) - essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple cases
  • Resilient under pressure and committed to delivering excellent service
  • Minimum GCSE English Language or equivalent qualification

Working Hours & Training

  • 35-hour working week, across 5 days (rota-based, covering 7 days)
  • Full training provided
