What You Will Do:

- Manage key Assembly Sales & Projects, including writing, preparing, and negotiating technical and commercial proposals.

- Seek out new business opportunities within the UK Automotive Industry while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

- Plan, organise, and manage teams to deliver projects to specification, on time, and within budget.

- Develop technical and commercial robust concepts and solutions in response to RFQs.

- Engage with engineering departments for technical assistance and produce detailed cost estimates.

- Present and advocate proposals for business approval and engage with the customer during the bid evaluation process.

 

What You Will Bring:

- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc.).

- Experience in business development within Industrial Automation machinery solutions.

- The ability to concept automotive solutions for new or existing engine production lines.

- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent customer-facing skills, coupled with a high level of interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
