We are looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant for SEMH & Autism support to join our school in Haywards Heath. The school caters to boys aged 6-12 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Autism, and ADHD.
As a Teaching Assistant for SEMH & Autism support, you will:
- Support students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in their daily activities
- Help create a positive and safe environment for learning
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing behavior
- Be a key part of the team, providing SEMH & Autism support tailored to each student's needs
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a passion for working with children who need SEMH & Autism support
- Is patient, caring, and a great team player
- Can make a real difference in helping students grow academically and emotionally
