  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: The ability to build a positive relationship with the child, communicate effectively, and create a trusting and nurturing environment.
  • Patience and Empathy: A calm and understanding nature to support the child's learning and emotional needs.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The willingness to learn new approaches and adapt teaching strategies to meet the child's specific requirements.
  • Commitment to Inclusion: An understanding of how to create an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates individual differences.
  • A Positive and Encouraging Attitude: A willingness to inspire and support the child's progress.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or working with children with disabilities are advantageous but not essential.
