- Serve as the first point of contact for students, addressing queries on course access, accounts, and payment issues.
- Enrol students onto courses, send out welcome emails and welcome packs.
- Process cancellations, deferrals, and reschedule students, enrolling them onto new courses as needed.
- Complete and manage enrolment forms and additional support requests.
- Support students throughout their journey from enrolment to course completion.
- Strong communication skills in both Italian & English.
- Previous administration experience is desirable.
- Excellent telephone manner, with an empathetic approach.
- Comfortable with technology & online systems.
- A car is required due to the office location.
- £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Hybrid working opportunity after 3 months (2 days from home, 3 days in office)
- 20 days + bank holidays, increasing yearly to 26 days + bank holidays
