About the Role We are seeking a motivated Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join the team. If you have a background in construction and a passion for connecting talent with exciting projects, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Conducting interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for both immediate and future requirements.
- Developing strong relationships with candidates.
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
