Key Responsibilities:As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's healthcare services. Your duties will include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service and providing executive-level support to the Medical Director.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all communications.
  • Coordinating intricate diary schedules for both clinical and personal commitments, including international travel.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments for the Medical Director's patients, including those overseas.
  • Taking minutes for scheduled and impromptu meetings as needed.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Medical Director, ensuring the effective management of confidential and critical business information.
  • Efficiently utilising IT systems to maintain a patient database, schedule appointments, and regularly review patient data.
