Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely growing business based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area who is looking for a hands on Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will manage the finances for the business, everyday transactional finance, updating HR records, payroll, month end / year end accounts etc. This is a great varied Finance Manager role.

Salary: £47-£55K

Location: Office based, East Grinstead - free parking onsite

Finance Manager duties:

  • Everyday accounting duties such as; credit control, purchase ledger and sales ledger invoicing
  • Supplier and bank reconciliations as well as month end
  • Processing payments and expenses
  • Cashflow management and budgets
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with year-end and VAT returns
  • Supporting with HR records, payroll and reviewing company insurances / facilities etc

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar Finance Manager type role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills, using MS Excel and also accounting systems such as; Sage
