Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a long-standing client who are a well-established leisure membership organisation. We are inviting applications for the role of BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to work within their Business Relationship Management team to establish trusted relationships with Directors, Senior Managers and business partners across the organisation creating a positive impact on the business.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Creating sustainable Customer Relationships by acting as the conduit between Business Partners and Provider Resources
- Acting as the single point of focus for business areas whilst understanding the business challenges and priorities
- Facilitate high levels of service for your line of business in terms of Service Management, incident and Change Management, innovation and continual service improvement.
- Responsible for helping to capture, stimulate, prioritise and shape business demand and lead value delivery to your line of business.
KEY TASKS
- Build, manage, motivate, direct and support a cross-functional delivery team by developing a clear vision of success and nurturing strong relationships and trust within the team.
- Manage the delivery process to deliver value early and often ad optimise the flow to deliver faster and use fast feedback to drive quality improvements.
- Lead the collaborative planning process always prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Monitor project deliverables to deliver business and technical change required to drive transformation within the company.
- Ensure that risks and issues are actively and effectively managed
- Responsibility for service quality and incident and service issue escalation.
- Regular service and incident review meetings
- Ensure effective communication with the Line of Business and ensure that Customer feedback is received where required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Stakeholder Management at all levels of the organisation
- Experience and practical knowledge of Agile Delivery techniques
- Excellent leadership skills to manage senior executives as well as motivating core team members through matrix management.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Project or alternative planning tools
- Proven presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful programme delivery of customer value utilising either Agile or Waterfall.
- A good understanding of the application development lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate all levels
- Proactive and driven to deliver and succeed
- Solid documentation management and attention to detail skills
- Team player who is highly committed to achieving results
- Good leadership qualities and man management skills
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- Salary- Up to 65,000 + full benefits package.
- Hybrid working - One day per week in the offices at East Grinstead.
