The perfect candidate will have a passion for quality butchery and meat preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and craft high-quality sausages, burgers, and meatballs using traditional methods and recipes.
- Ensure consistent portion control and presentation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure functionality.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
