This is a full-time role, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office operations.The Role:As an Administrator, you will provide essential support to ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries, managing mailboxes and distributing post
  • Schedule and organise meetings, manage bookings in internal systems, and coordinate catering and logistics
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, take minutes, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain databases, update contact details, and manage office supplies
  • Assist with event administration, including processing bookings, managing calendars, and ensuring all paperwork is in place
  • Liaise with contractors and local authorities as needed

About You:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends (additional payments provided)
