Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on-task.
- Deliver pre-set work and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students with their learning by clarifying instructions and answering questions.
- Monitor and record student attendance, progress, and behaviour.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
