Sales Coordinator - Inbound

Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to partner with a company in East Grinstead seeking a confident Sales Coordinator to join their team.

With a flair for outstanding customer service, your role will be to maximise appointments and ensure the business operates at full capacity. All enquiries are inbound, so no cold calling is involved! However, you must be comfortable discussing technical terminology (with training provided), upselling company services and working to monthly KPIs.

Your role and impact:

  • Drive appointments and procedures to hit monthly targets
  • Efficiently rearrange bookings for optimal scheduling
  • Provide accurate pricing and generate sales quotations, ensuring profitability
  • Engage with customers, overcome objections, highlight our unique benefits, and deliver top-notch service
  • Participate in events, secure consultations and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Leverage CRM portals for efficient record-keeping and lead conversion

What we're looking for:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales or a call centre role
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
  • Comfortable with technical terminology; full training is provided
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical mindset for resolving customer queries
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and communication pathways
