Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to £29,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales and product support to customer by accurately processing and responding to daily enquiries from both customer and suppliers
  • Create and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Accurately enter and process orders received through phone calls and emails,
  • Prepare and manage daily quotations, including follow up activities, to drive business growth
  • Maintain and update internal sale systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate
  • Process sales orders efficiently and update IT system accurately

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred but not essential)
