Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
Provide targeted support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can effectively access the curriculum.
Prepare learning materials and assist with lesson planning under the teacher's guidance.
Requirements for a Teaching Assistant
Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
