Training Coordinator 

Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm

Hybrid working 

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum 

I am looking for a committed Training Coordinator to assist the Quality, Standards, and Systems training teams. The main objective of this role is to efficiently schedule and manage a thorough training program aimed at maintaining consistent operational quality standards and compliance across all sites. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and possesses excellent communication skills, as it involves working with various teams to encourage best practices, ensure safety procedures are followed, and improve competence in systems and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule training activities related to Quality, Standards, and Systems such as customer service, cleaning standard operating procedures, financial requisites, office procedures and health and safety management 
  • Coordinate and schedule machinery training sessions including induction, onsite training, refresher courses and end-of-season assessments ensuring adherence to training guidelines 
  • Arrange training schedules for the full-time training team and adhoc seasonal trainers 
  • Develop relationships across the site network to identify training needs and respond to training requests by scheduling appropriate sessions 
  • Assist in scheduling annual induction programs and onsite basic training for new assistant site managers focusing on machinery and quality standards training 
  • Coordinate annual refresher programs for existing site staff 
  • Keep training materials and standard operating procedures current, ensuring all relevant teams are informed of updates
  • Work with the people and development coordinator to maintain accurate records of training activities and evaluations 
  • Manage continuous own personal development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, procedure and systems necessary for the role
  • Promote and adhere to all compliance requirements, working within agreed budgets
