We are delighted to be partnered with our very successful facilities management client as they seek to recruit a senior service co-ordinator to join their team at their offices in East Grinstead. My client has a great reputation within their sector and offers an excellent environment and team in which to work. This role is a full time position (Mon-Fri 0830-1700) with no weekend working. My client encourages staff to work from home one day per week.

There is plenty of free parking on site available for all staff and the offices are based a short walk from East Grinstead station

Salary £35000-£40000 per year depending on experience levels plus very good company benefits

The role - Senior Service Co-Ordinator

The role reports directly to the Service Manager. Operating as the senior coordinator to the Engineers and Service Administrator, the Senior Service Coordinator also oversees allocated Service contracts, operating as the dedicated account manager for these sites.

Duties will include:

Carry out administrative tasks on the CRM system - booking and allocating works in an efficient and logical manner.

Act as the dedicated account manager for allocated sites, scheduling proactive maintenance visits, remedial works and call outs as appropriate.

Process quotations, invoices and purchase orders

Quality check engineering reports following attending allocated sites and issuing copies to clients

Track contract billing on the balance sheet ensuring renewals are managed

Review weekly driver and works report, escalating any repeat issues to the Service Manager

Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks and drivers compliance

Capture and manage actions arising from quarterly vehicle and equipment checks and delegate actions as appropriate.

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Experience dealing with a range of stakeholders

Strong IT skills

Experience in FM (facilities management) or Contract management or HVAC sector is required.

A level or equivalent experience or qualification
