Salary: Circa £60,000 - Working on rotating shift, days, lates and nights.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in armed forces, aviation, or transportation-related sectors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional line management skills and high-level technical knowledge to effectively address and resolve production issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the rolling stock, aviation, or transportation sectors.

- High-level technical knowledge relevant to production processes and equipment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- A background in the armed forces or relevant technical training is highly regarded.
